In a frantic pace to sort it out, Bujjamma expresses her discontent over the sudden marriage arrangements and tells her mother that she wants to meet the groom. Adding to her surprise, she comes to know that her marriage is on the next day. After her arrival, she realizes that her marriage has been fixed with an NRI and the engagement is done. On a fateful day, her stern father orders her to come back to their home town urgently. Sasirekha stays with her paternal uncle Sivaji Raja and aunt Surekha Vani in Kakinada, to pursue her studies in B.Sc.
